RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cultura Brava, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Approved returns receive store credit or an exchange.

  • Refunds are not offered, unless approved by our customer service team.


Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with any original packaging (if applicable)

Cultura Brava reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise approved by our customer service rep.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Exchange Process

  1. Send the item back to us for inspection.

  2. Once received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  3. After approval, we will issue either:

    • A store credit code, or

    • Shipment of your replacement item
